Psalm 106:3
"3Blessed are they who observe justice,
who do righteousness at all times!"
With everything going on about Osama bin Laden this verse stuck out to me. "Blessed are those who observe justice." I've had a hard time figuring out how I feel about it. I was shocked at first, then happy, now I just feel sad about all the unrest in the middle east. His justice was served, that's for sure. God is a just God.
Matthew 19:29
"29And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands, for my name’s sake, will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life."
These scriptures stuck out tome because I am so scared to live far away from our parents. That means our kids won't have grandparents around...but everyone who left houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, father or children or land for my name's sake will receive a hundredfold. I know if the Lord calls us into ministry somewhere far it will be His will and I would definetly abide, but I would be so sad.
Lord,
Please don't ever take me away from my family..haha jk. I trust you and I know you are with me wherever I go. Help me serve others without allowing myself to get in the way. Amen.
